er, can i write in english? w i feel like it now. cuz what i'd like to talk about is the diffent atitudes? hmm of the 2 or um, it might be a cultural difference between i guess japan and the places of
at the first situations at working, i asked any questions to the boss or 先輩。 cuz this was the really natural action of mine when i've got questions, which has been made from the staying, studying in England when i was a student. the teachers there always told us that "ask us, use us for things you don't know" there were no hesitates for asking in there. but not in japan.
i don't know that was the reason but when i asked something to the boss at job, he said "think first by yourself before you ask me."
w
i felt, majide- w i asked him cuz i couldn't find the solutions.
asking is a shame, it shows the person is childish who can't solve things out.
demo- asking is natural, at least where i stayed. was it because i was a student? possible.
but this is the fact that i found myself that i like asking a lot naturally, after staying and having the times in England :)
i'm curious. but, i hide it most of the time.. :p cuz it seems like an adult in japan, doesn't it?
