今日は帰りにhiroroのリクエストに応えて、彼の地元にあるお店で夕飯を食べま

連想していたのですが、行ってみるとシーフドレストランでした。しかもここの
名物は蟹ピラフ！hiroroは子供の頃からこの店の蟹ピラフが大好物だったそうで
す。そんでもって、何故フラミンゴ？！理由はわかりませんが、ガラス越しにフ
ラミンゴを見ながら蟹ピラフを食べました。このメヒコ、関東近郊のチェーン店
らしく、フラミンゴ館の他にもモンキー館や水族館もあるそうです。次回は話し
のネタにモンキー館に行ってみたいなと思いました。(笑)

On the way home from our in-laws, from hiroro's request, we ate dinner at a restaurant in Iwaki. The name of the restaurant was "Mehiko, House of Flamingos". From the restaurant's name, I thought we were going to eat ethnic foods for dinner. But where we ate was a seafood restaurant, well known for Crab Pilaf Rice. hiroro's favorite food from his childhood was this restaurant's Crab Pilaf Rice. And what's with the Flamingos?! I don't know why but you can eat while you watch the Flamingos flock around on the other side of the huge glass cage. This restaurant,"Mehiko" is a franchised restaurant in Kanto area. There are also house of monkeyes and aqauriums besides flamingos. I hope we go to the house of monkeyes next time we go out to eat, just for a fun story.
