今週は頑張って☆５つでしたが...

元々うまくストレスを発散しきることのできない私。
精神的ダメージをくらうと凹む以上に明らかに体調を崩します。
今回は色々なことが精神的に重なったのと今になって新生活の疲れが
出てきたのか？！毎日心臓が誰かに針でさされているようにキリキリ痛い。
見た目にはわからないけれど、スポーツをすると呼吸困難をすぐ起こす私。
実は中学時代の健康診断で心臓が弱いと判明して以来、普段の日常生活には支障は
ないけれど、ハードなスポーツ（例えばマラソンや球技のフル試合など）

なので、スポーツには関しては自分で心臓に負担がかからない適度を守って
生活しています。
さすがに1週間近く続くと、医者嫌いな私もさすがにちょっと心配になってきた。
明日、病院に行こうかな。

Although I got 5 stars this week, my physical conditions were as bad as it can get.
When I'm over stressed, I'm not good at letting them go.
When I'm down mentally, my physical conditions also shows signs of
illness.
This time, I guess I'm overstressed and I'm also tired out from the new
life we began.
Everyday my heartaches as if someone took a needle and stabbed me.

Since the physical test that I took in junior highschool, doctors told me that I have a weak heart. I have no problems living a daily life. But when it comes to playing sports(such as marathons or playing full game in
any sports) , I have a doctor stop.
That's why I play by my rules never to overwork my heart.
But I had this heartache for almost a week and although I hate going to
