若返りでなぜかすぐに浮かんだ言葉が整形でした。（苦笑）
一昔前に比べたら、今は気軽な感覚で整形手術をする人が多く
なりましたよね。
もちろん外見的な若返りも大事だろうけど、本当の若返りって個人の内面的な充実度によるんじゃないのかなってちょっと思ったりします。
そういう意味では常に若返りを意識してなきゃな～（苦笑）

The word, "regaining beauty" made me come up with the word,"plastic surgery".
More people are open minded about getting a plastic surgery than before, I think.
