Today is Halloween. When I was single, I used to teach children English at home. When I had my English classes, we would all dress up in our custumes and I would have Halloween party for the children at home. But now I don't teach children and we have no kids of our own, we don't do anything special. A day before yesterday, after we went shopping, we stopped by for a cup of tea. In the front of the cafe, there was a sign up saying, "During Oct.29-Oct.31, if you say "Trick or Treat", you might get a surprise." We had a delicious cake and a cup of nice tea. After I paid for our check, I said to the waitress, "Trick or Treat", out of curiosity. Then the waitress took 2 mini chocolates out of the desk drawer of the cashier and gave them to us. I was happy with the idea of this kind of small event service. Anyways have a happy halloween, everyone!
