数日前から利き足である右足に痛みが走っていました。でも、昨日の午後からとうとう少しびっこをひくほど痛みが増してきました。直感でこりゃ、まずい！と思い、帰宅途中に整形外科に直行。診察の結果、右足の腱が腫れていて腱鞘炎になっているとのこと。仕事をしていなければ、安静にもできるので湿布だけの治療で済むらしい。しかし、仕事をしているので湿布と痛み止めの薬をもらってきました。チャリ通勤しているが、大丈夫か？と医者に尋ねたところ、チャリ通勤にはなんの影響もないらしい。楽できるかと思ってたけど...残念！ただ、必要以上に1週間ほどは歩かないことと湿布をしておくことらしい。来週末、hiroroの誕生日スノボー旅行に行くので、それまでにはなんとか治さないとね！

My right foot has been hurting a bit for few days. Yesterday afternoon, it hurt so bad, that I was dragging my foot a bit. With my instict, I thought to myself, "This isn't good at all!". So I went to orthopedics clinic on my way home from work. The result of the check-up, my right foot's tendon was swollen and diagnoised as infammation of tendon. If I wasn't working, I can stay home and not use my foot at all. So cold pack would do. But I'm working so the doctor prescribed me some cold packs and pain relief tablets. I asked the doctor, if it was alright to ride my bike because I ride my bike to work every day. But he said riding bike has nothing to do with my foot and that it was alright. That's too bad! because I was hoping for easier way to commute. He told me to not to walk around too much and to use the cold packs. Next weekend is hiroro's birthday snowboarding trip. I must get better soon!
