Stressfull work

This crazy girl was yelling and chewing my ear for streight 5 mimutes AND hung up on me becuase I couldn't give her an answer what she wanted to hear. Lead and one of my co-worker was there listening to her screeming on the phone. My co-worker said it is unacceptable. Lead said she will take care of this. Crazy girl shouldn't be written up, instead, she got an appolozy letter from my lead and manager. And I got a letter from manager looked like deciplinary notice. Hello, I'm the victims here! I told lead and manager that I'm not happy how they processed. Manager should talk to me first before move on to any action. It can't be resolved if she listens only one side of story especially from one who was screeming. Lead replied me "I will make sure that the girl will never call you". What's is wrong with this lead! She is totaly off from the point. I will Offcause need to talk to this girl again in the furture becuase we are both in the same fields in business. This girl is pissed off because I couldn't help her finding the document from scanning system (which she could've done that by her self if she learned already) right at the moment. She owes me an applogy and she also needs to remember how to use the system. I've showed her so many times and it's time to go forward. If she can't do without help all the time, then she has to find some other job. I can't hold hand 24/7 to do their work. I have my work to do.
