毎月第２土曜の18:00からは町内会の理事会。
議題は、8月の納涼盆踊り大会の役割分担。
予算は大体80万円くらい。
収入は祝い金。
理事は全員駆り出され、班長とともに、資機材の搬出、会場設営、受付、花代受付、来賓案内、場内放送、接待、義捐金箱担当、花書き、花掛け貼り出し、ごみ分別、会場警戒、交通整理、写真、機材搬出・清掃・異物確認といった役割を分担しなくてはならない。
ぼくは、資機材の搬出、会場設営、会場警戒、写真を担当することになった。
広報担当なので、当然のように写真担当になる。
盆踊りは18:00〜21:00だけれど、作業は7:30からになる。
やれやれ、丸1日とられる。

The council of the neighborhood association is held from 18:00 on the second Saturday of every month.
The agenda is the division of roles for the August Bon-odori festiva.
The budget is about 800,000 yen.
The income is a celebration money.
All board members have to do the following roles together with the hancho: carrying equipments, setting up venues, receiving receptions, receiving flower, visiting guest information, broadcasting, entertaining, accepting person in charge of coin boxes, putting on flowers, sorting waste, warning on venues, and so on.
I was in charge of carrying equipments, setting up the venue, vigilance and photography.
As a spokesman, I will be in charge of photography as a matter of course.
The Bon festival dance is from 18:00 to 21:00, but the work is from 7:30.
Well done, it takes a whole day.
It would be nice if the children and the people at the neighborhood association would enjoy it.
