今年は新型コロナウイルスの影響で、全員マスク着用、椅子を隣と1m以上離して並べた。
ぼくは今年度、監事兼町内会担当だった。
総会に先立って重要事項説明が管理会社から簡単にされた。
総会では、事業報告、植栽管理委託先変更、建物調査診断、長期修繕計画、管理委託契約、次期事業計画と予算案、次期役員選任が審議・可決された。
共有事項として地震保険、一般会計・積立金会計改定の検討があった。
次に理事会を担当するのは５年後の予定。
