Finnish men are drunkards. There are people who can not drink or do not drink. However, being drunkards is the ethnic tendency that they admit. About what they drink, Finnish men drink vodka (votka in Finnish). Especially, it is really strong one. It is Russian cultural sphere about alcohol. After all, they drink vodka on Fridays. If they have their jobs on the next day, they can not drink without anxiety. They drink from six to ten. However, it is from six o’clock in the evening on Friday to ten o’clock in the morning on Saturday. It is a full-course meal to drink until it gets bright by staying up all night. Therefore, the police conduct the alcohol inspection at daytime on Saturday. If it is not the period of time, they can not catch “hard-core drunk drivers.” It is the manner to drink up extremely chilled vodka. If they continue drinking up, the drunkards could fall down. Japanese drunkards do not come back after falling down, but Finnish drunkards sleep about an hour and suddenly get up and continue drinking again. The quality and quantity of their alcohol degrading enzyme must be different. If you want to get along with Finnish men, drink the full-course meal of vodka. It is from the evening on Friday to noon on Saturday. Even though you do not tell anything, if you stay up all night continue drinking, you could be one of lifelong friends. Should the mandatory retirement system be abolished?
The mandatory retirement system should be abolished. It is because there are two reasons to support the statement. One of these reasons is that elderly workers had to be retired by the age of sixty so that it is age discrimination. The other reason is companies loose labor forces by the mandatory retirement system. Since elderly workers have a lot of skills and knowledge, it is better for them not to retire at the age of sixty. It is age discrimination to state that all workers who reach sixty need to retire. Many workers who are sixty can still continue working. Therefore, Japan should change the mandatory retirement system. The corporate workers should request to work after they reach sixty by extending their labor contracts. In this case, it is good for the workers, because they could work after the retirement age. Some jobs, such as artists, politicians, and lawyers do not have the retirement age so they could work until the time they want to retire. It could be difficult for the corporate workers to set the retirement age as people who do not have the retirement age. However, the corporate workers should negotiate with their companies about their retirement age so that the workers could keep working until they wish to retire. The companies loose precious labor forces if there is the mandatory retirement system. So, it costs companies a wealth of experience that elderly workers have accumulated. In order to train young people to do the same level of work that elderly workforce can do, companies have to start from scratch in job training. In conclusion, the mandatory retirement system should be abolished, because it is age discrimination and elderly workers have skills and experience that young workers do not have.
