今回12年ぶりにトップを譲ったとは言え、11年連続でCS顧客満足度1位に輝いたのは、賞賛に値するのではないでしょうか。
日本では最近、トヨタ自動車もレクサスもかなりの台数のリコールがあったばかりですが、米国レクサスに負けないよう品質管理には徹底して欲しいものです。

それにしてもブランド別で韓国の自動車メーカー「ヒュンダイ」がトヨタ(4位)、ホンダ(6位) 、インフィニティ(8位)を押さえて3位にランクされたことに驚きを隠せません。
将来、日本車の強力なライバルになる日も近いかも知れませんね。
国産メーカーのより一層の企業努力を望みます。

CS顧客満足度に関する調査・コンサルティングのJ.D. パワーアジア・パシフィックは、2006年米国自動車初期品質調査(Initial Quality Study、略称IQS)の結果を発表した。
　そのなかでブランド別ではポルシェがトップに輝き、レクサス、ヒュンダイが後に続いた。ポルシェの好成績は、新型ケイマンの高品質さに起因するところが大きい。この調査は、乗用車とライト・トラックを新車で購入もしくはリース契約したユーザーを対象に、購入後90日間における車両の初期品質を調べるもの。20 回目となる今年は、1998年からの調査内容を大幅に変更し、ユーザーの指摘する不具合を製造不具合と設計不具合の2つに分けて実施された。
