Happy to be back,
Actually I started writing on rakuten a few months back but lost focus doing that but now I'm happy to be back and writing once again.Sorry I can't write in Japanese, that would be way cool if I could express my thoughts in another language,so Gomen! yes well I do know some Japanese as I've been living in Japan for 2 years this December.Since arriving I began teaching part-time at an English conversation school here in Osaka.I had a big fear towards this job and found it difficult as I always tried to push my student for more meaningful conversation and interaction.Our school is based on performance and each student is given an eveluation paper which they can mark down whether the lesson was Good -so-so or bad..and ..And to be fair to myself I didn't fair too babdly, but my percentage rate remained around the mid 70% mark, which was OK, but the school demanded over 85% to be satisfactory for keeping a full schedule,so mine stayed low and my teaching hours began decreasing and decreasing.So I decided I must find a more satisfactory job because as I said before that i never did like teaching just English basics.Well tomorrow I would like to continue and talk about the changes and developements beginning to happen here in japan for me.Oh yes! there is much much more I want to talk about, I have been through all the ups and downs on lifes roller coaster and would like to share those times, so please stick around check out my dairy from time to time if you wish and lets enjoy the journey!!
