Often I like to visit the Nose area in Hyogo prefecture,I have a friend who has a Log House cafe called Kiyu.When I go there I like to go walking in the mountains,my favourite mountain is called kenbi-san.On this mountain there used to live many warrior priests and it was also used for special training for the priests,there are some small temples and the remains of the main Temple areas where the priests lived maybe during the Edo period,so it's very old and I'm sure steeped in facinating history, and also apparently it was totally destroyed and burnt to the ground during a conflict ,probably with the War lord of that time.There are some beautiful and powerful rock formations and on one of the huge over hanging rocks there is a beautiful large Buddha relief etched into the rock face.
I have always had a facination for Japanese history and culture,specially architecture of old Temples and shrines particulary the gardens surrounding them.
Actually I have many interests and am always eager to discover information about the world I live in.I like discovering more and more about my life and want to learn more about myself.I think every human being is special and unique,although I have slowly come to realize my own uniqueness to fully appreciate others individuality.It's heart breaking sometimes to see others not respecting themselves and honouring their inate gift of being alive .
Most of us don't see ourselves as special and so we try very hard to be loved or find love.Love is a natural tendency for all human beings ,basically we are "pre-programed" since birth to feel good and to feel love,otherwise whats the point of having this life,To feel bad ?well I hardly think so,but actually it does cross my mind that some of our fellow humans do go around reinforcing negative things and have almost gotten used to feeling negative or bad,but I really think that is because they need attention and love anyhow.So our fundumental focus is to feel good.I think feeling good can be achieved easily by every person on the face of this earth,no exceptions.Feeling good and feeling love and satisfaction is already within inside of us! it is not something we earn or get from being good,or successful or having or not having wealth or being educated and intelligent or beautiful .We may or may not be able to achieve things,like maybe, i could never be a great performer or singer or musician,but there is one thing which comes naturally for every human being
because satifaction is already a given thing,love is already been given,it comes in the same package as life so we have it!! great wonderful one may say,but here's the trick! We have to feel it! this reminds me of a quote I read..."It's so simple to be happy,but so difficult to be simple..." But we can get back to that simplicity,life should be simple if it's not ,well we are the ones who made it difficult,and we have the ablity to make it simple again,it always boils down to our choice...
