いい視点だね！2026年4月1日から施行される不動産登記法の改正では、所有者の住所変更登記が義務化されることになっていますが・・、
■■・・・ 改正後の建物合体登記と住所変更登記の関係
■■・・・改正後も「住所変更登記をしていない状態」で建物合体登記は申請可能とされる見込みだよ。
住所変更登記の義務化は、「所有者情報の正確性を保つための制度」であって、他の登記（合体登記や増築登記など）の申請そのものを拒否するための条件ではないんだ。
ただし、登記官が申請内容に疑義を持った場合や、登記名義人の同一性が確認できない場合には、補正指示や却下の可能性もあるよ。

改正後は、住所変更から2年以内に登記申請をしないと、5万円以下の過料が科される可能性があるよ。
