―はずが、妙に薄味。 減塩醤油を使っていたことにすぐ気付きました。 季節のご飯料理は好物ですが、その割に案外自分で作ったことがなかったものです。 今春、えんどうご飯を炊いた時は、塩加減や入れるタイミングが分からず、三度目の正直で成功しました。

Sluggish cold
I've had a cold for more than 1 month.Strictly speaking, I caught a cold at the beginning of December, and once I got well on Year-end.And I caught a fresh cold again on New Year.I hear the cold in this winter drags on, and some people around me are having trouble getting rid of their cold.Yet, it's extraordinary of me to have a cold for such a long time.Two years ago, it would be possible since I was still in poor health from psychotic depression....Some people might have realized the corrugated carton with a sign "Fragile" in this photo- wait until I put information tomorrow!

今年の夏バトン
｢今年の夏｣がテーマです!･行きたいところ→東北に帰省するのは恒例、あとはまた旅行に行けたら。ただしこれは9月以降かも。･楽しみなこと→8月のSALT&SUGARのアルバムリリースおよびライブ･不安なこと→法事が控えているのはいいとして、ずっと会っていない親戚に会うとなると気を遣う･目標→英語強化（具体的には英語の本を3冊読む）。ブログでも「Favorite」(国内アーティストのCDを英語で紹介するセクション）が一気に増えるかも。（2009.7.11参照)それからしばらくぶりに自分の曲を作る。･自分の変えたいところ→何か特技を磨く･去年とは違うところ→去年の今頃はうつ状態に逆戻りしていたが、2009年に入ってからは落ち込むことは多少あれど一度も薬は飲んでいない。（2008.9.21および2009.3.13参照）･挑戦したいこと→TOEICの期限が切れているので受験(日程上厳密には夏ではない) 他･イメージする曲→夏のサンタクロース(本田雅人）You Haven't Done Nothin'（スティーヴィー・ワンダー）･一緒にいたい人→･｢今年の夏｣だからできること→来年以降の生き方を模索･｢今年の夏｣だからしたいこと→夏に限らず、今の自分の状況から考えてチャンスと思われることはいくつかある。･｢今年の夏｣だからこそ自分が輝ける場所があると思う？→Ｅｎｊｏｙ ｓｕｍｍｅｒ！ おまけ

お正月バトン2015

旭山動物園～ （＊写真多目）
―説明するまでもない名所。旭川最終日に行ってまいりました。西門から入ると、ペンギン・アザラシ・ホッキョクグマと効率よく見て回れます。ペンギン館では「もぐもぐタイム」も見られたし、ついついたくさん写真を撮ってしまいました。 水中ではすばしっこく泳ぐ（飛ぶ？）ペンギン達ですから…撮影成功率低し。 プールに飛び込む瞬間は撮れませんでしたが―こんな場面が観られてよかったです。 ちなみに傍らで仔どもが遊び回っていました。 戻りのバスを待ちながら空を見ていたら、この雲がアザラシのように見えてしまい、思わずパチリ。（↑ 上と下を見比べてみてくださいな ↓） 冬は冬で、ペンギンの散歩など旭山動物園ならではの見ものがあります―が…冬に北国に行ったら、しもやけがなぁ～…

1. I realized last December -the display of English section on this weblog is peculiar.When an English word comes to the end of the line and doesn't fit in the end of the line, the word is usually displayed from the next beginning of the line.But on this weblog, the word is divided.I suspect that this can be a problem of my setting of this weblog -but I've wondered that this weblog might be assumed to be used only with our language... Recently, have you ever seen or heard that neighboring peninsular country claiming that various things are originated from this country?At first, this seemed to be their rivalry against our country -but later, they began to mention about things from other Asian countries and even Europe.If you feel indignation to hear this...this feeling is never blamed.As for this, I'd just like to reprove them to realize the vanity of measuring the value only by comparison and competition against others -as one of the former patients of psychotic depression who used to make the same mistake ten years ago. At individual level, sometimes there are people who always want to excel than others in even every trifling thing and always compete against others, aren't they?Even if you measure your value by competition and comparison against others, such value is fickle.Such state of mind is said to come from inferiority complex and even lead to premature death.I've heard that our country have been said to have culture which greatly concerns about appearances, but I've also read that the neighboring peninsular country have culture that concern about appearances even more.What if this relates with higher suicide late in this country than our country...it's rubbish to compare such a thing, though.3. So far, I'm not suffering hay fever, but sometimes yellow sand causes similar symptoms of similar to hay fever to me every spring.There is a prevailing view that yellow sand comes from desert of the neighboring continent country, and contaminated with pollution substance from urban industrial area of this country.But they didn't show intention to cooperate in survey of yellow sand.But for the past few months, a series of news about severe air pollution in this country have come up.If people in our country including me and other countries suffer from respiratory disease due to polluted yellow sand from this country again...the neighboring countries wouldn't let them keep their head in the sand.Now it's not only by polluted yellow sand this country is nuisance -and it's not only our country that are troubled.The harmful influence of environmental disruption affects not only our country:In the country which is south from this continent country, the river ran dry due to dam construction.-What? Toward upcoming future
Nineteen years after 1.17 earthquake in Kobe.It's amazing that almost twenty years are passing...I moved to Kobe to go on to college and witnessed the city under reconstruction after the earthquake diaster.As an ex-resident in the stricken area, for five years or so, I attend to one of the memorial ceremonies held nearby where I can go to the most easily.This time, I could talk with one of the organizers who experienced the earthquake disaster in Kobe.She told me about her experience back then, and how she came up with the idea of this local memorial event.After 3.11 earthquake, she once made a proposal of this idea about memorial event in the stricken area, but at that time, people at the spot declined;They said it was still hard for them to face the fact that they have to carry on living for future -she said that at least it might wait for five years or so.Also, this local memorial ceremony might be ended next year to achieve an emotional closure of sorts.And according to a coworker from Kobe, especially elderly people hate various memorial programs on TV on this day, which bring back dreadful memories.About half year after the 3.11 earthquake disaster, my new friend from the stricken prefecture was suffering from stress disorder -and recovered later.At the same time, we have to pass down lessons from this disaster.Even 3.11 earthquake is said to be about to fade in three years while less and less media cover the stricken area.Then, it's a matter of what to broadcast, I suppose; instead of broadcasting motion pictures back then again and again, the most important thing is to put emphasis on measures against natural disasters for future from now on, isn't it?Even if just the threat of next massive earthquakes is reported, it only spreads despair instead of promoting disaster countermeasure-I also have felt that, and as I was wondering what to place today, I found an important indication; local revitalization and disaster countermeasure are inextricably linked together.Come to think of it...in this earthquake disaster, there was no tsunami -things could be much worse if tsunamis had destroyed the city.And perhaps, it might be people's high attention to the large major city why Kobe has been reconstructed so rapidly.Besides, some people point out that it's also because there was no atomic power accident.(December 2013)(One year ago)◇：Ready to place translation if asked

エコバッグ・マイバッグバトン
《設定》エコのためマイバッグを作れという命題をもらました。つくるならいい物作りたい。みなさんのご意見とご協力で作り上げたいです。Q1マイバッグはふだん持っていますか？はい通勤バッグにいつも入れているQ2持つならどんな素材がいいですか？（ナイロン、木綿などご自由に）買い物袋にするというなら、汚れても洗えばシミが残りにくいし、雨・冷たい食品の結露で濡れても滲まない素材がいい、となると、木綿よりはナイロンか。木綿の方が天然素材じゃないかと言われるかもしれないが…かつて贔屓のアーティストのコンサートグッズで、そういう布製トートバッグがあり、夏休みに遠征で行ったためお土産を入れるのにちょうどいいと思って買ったが、後述のような折り畳み式ではなかったし、ちょっと小さかったので買い物袋にはせずQ3どれぐらいの大きさがいいですか？その理由は？1回の買い物でどれくらい買うか（世帯人数、頻度など）によると思う。大は小を兼ねるとは言い切れないし。日常の食料品の買い物は週に2回程度近辺のスーパーマーケットに行くことがほとんど、という身としては、2リットルのペットボトル2本は入るものがいい。Q4マイバッグの収納は、どんな形がいいですか？（たためる。キーホルダー式などご自由に）通勤バッグに入れるので、かさばらないように、たたんでスナップやマジックテープで止めてコンパクトに収納できるもの。ちなみに、今使っているのは小さな外袋に収納するタイプ、それでもいい。（その場合は、外袋はなくさないように、使う時にバッグの中に放り込んでしまい、使い終わったらすぐたたんで収納する）持ち手は、肩にかけられるように長めがいい。Q5どんな色のマイバッグがほしいですか？その理由は？ "この柄・模様は嫌だ"というものならあると思う（単純に好きではない柄とか、歳不相応のキャラ物とか） 濃い色や少し派手目の模様の方が、汚れが目立たないからいいのかも ―あ、殿方となるとお答えは違ってくるでしょうが。現在、最寄りのスーパーマーケットは2社あり、どちらもレジ袋は今のところ有料ではないが、レジ袋を断った場合、1件では2円即時値引き、もう1件ではポイントカードにポイントが加算される。これまでざっと見た限り、男性客より女性客の方が買い物袋持参率が高いように思うが（そこのスーパーだけかも）他店のレジ袋をリユースする人も見かけるので（とりわけ、既にレジ袋が有料になっている店では。かくいう自分も）今後一律にレジ袋を有料化されるとしたら、デザイン的に男女差のないエコバッグ普及が急務ってことに？（まあ、探せば色々ありましょうが） ―それはそうと…既に何処でも上がっている疑問ながら、既述のとおりレジ袋はご多聞に漏れず私も、汁漏れなどで汚れたり破れたりして使い物にならない限りはリユースしたり、大きさに応じてゴミ袋にしたりしているので、有料化でレジ袋の使用料は減っても、ゴミ袋を購入したら同じことでは…？プラスチック削減というお題目なら、原田環境大臣殿は、（食品や一部の日用品・医薬品・衛生用品など衛生面の問題がある商品はひとまず別として）日用品のパッケージについてはどういうお考えなのかいな＋ プラスチック削減の必要性は分かるが、レジ袋＋ゴミ袋で余計な出費が増えることに憤りを感じる人もいるであろう、となると、レジ袋をどうしても有料化したければ、消費税をやめたら納得・受容・賛同する一般大衆も増えるんじゃないでしょうか …他、なんかありますか？ 何か忘れてる・見落としていそうな…税金といえば、復興特別徴収税ってホントに災害復興のために使われているのかいな …と穿ちたくなるのは私だけでしょうが＜バトン持ち帰り＞ http://blog.fc2.com/baton/3087/

I didn't consider situations in other countries in writing today's weblog, and at this late date, there is no need to say how global pollution of the ocean due to plastic trash is serious.At the same time, Panjandrums gave out that they are obligating to charge for plastic supermarket and shopping bags from April 2020, repelling general public.I suppose it's simply because we have to pay for both shopping bags and garbage bags, although at some supermarket chains, shoppers already have to pay for plastic bags.There are online postings accusing that Panjandrums are clever when it comes to getting money away from general public.As for me, it's already a custom to bring shopping bag when I go to supermarkets; at the nearest supermarket, shoppers get discount of two yen if they don't take plastic supermarket bags.But I use plastic supermarket bags for garbage bags, like many other people.When I run out of garbage bags at home and office, I don't bring shopping bag, and take plastic supermarket bags.There can be concern about price gouging, since the price is set considering the cost of plastic bags at shops where shoppers are not charged for plastic bags.I've read that at a company where they started to fine on workers late at work, some workers thought that they could settle their tardy with money, and the numbers of days late increased.Is there no risk that similar thing is triggered by charging for plastic shopping bags?Even so, I understand that it's urgent to reduce waste of plastic.Thus, I'd like to place a proposal: If they abolish consumption tax, general public would assent, accept and approve paying for plastic supermarket bags.As long as I've witnessed at the nearest supermarket, male shoppers tend to bring shopping bags less than female and couple.If they bring shopping bags, does it look family-oriented and unmanly and discredit them as men?At supermarkets, convenience stores and various shops, I see notifications asking customers to ask when they don't need plastic bags.Husband points out that they should ask customers to ask when they need plastic bags.At some self-service cafe chains and convenience stores selling drink for take-away, if we bring tumbler, they discount.Of course, I have a tumbler, and I buy take-out coffee only at those cafes and convenience stores.Recently, when Husband was working late and had supper out, I bought main dish for supper at a local delicatessen.At that time, I had a clean empty lunch box; I bring lunch to work almost every day and wash it after lunch.So I wondered that why they don't discount if customers bring containers at those delicatessens and restaurants, too -and some places would be selling dishes by measure -but there could be hygienic problems.Talking about waste of plastic, perfumed fabric softener contains microplastics called microbeads, I've read.There are people who suffer from hypersensitivity caused by chemical perfume, and especially at school, it's already a serious problem.Besides, just like toxic chemical substance and heavy metal, those microbeads bioaccumulate.Then, it means manufacturers must stop selling those softener and detergent with those chemical perfume immediately, which is nothing new.But I haven't found softener and detergent for wool without chemical perfume at store -while I've found a few at online shops.I don't use softener, but I need detergent for wool.◆：Ready to place summery if requested

ありがちバトン（お祭り編）

続・「ええっ、また…！？」
10年ほど前に大地震に見舞われた熊本県で再び地震ですか！？しかも、気温40度以上・もしくはそれが予想される日が「酷暑日」と命名されて、既に各地でその酷暑日が観測されている最中に…被災地におられる方々、復興や支援にあたっている方々におかれましては、既にラジオなどでも繰り返し言われていますが、熱中症対策を万全になさってください。今回、地震発生後、被災地のショッピングモールで爆発が起きたというニュースから、自宅でも職場でもない外出先で災害に遭う可能性も想定しておかなければならない…と思ったのは―私だけではないと思います。能登半島地震のしばらく後、読んだ雑誌で「持ち出さない防災リュックより、持ち歩く防災ポーチ」という旨の触れ込みの記事を目にしたのと、（時期や媒体は詳しく覚えていません）前職の会社で、私語三人衆の一人が"（30年以上続いている）推しのアニメの最終話を見届けるまでは生きる、だから地震で命を落とすのは嫌"だから「防災ボトル」（プラスチックの透明の水筒に防災グッズを入れたもの）を常備している、と自慢していたことも頭に浮かび、これを機に準備しようと思い立ったのでした。今既に・私の場合は喘息の持病があるので、薬携帯袋を自作して、吸入薬と頓服的に使う薬（消炎鎮痛剤、咳止め、胃薬など2回分程度）を常備 ・スマホのストラップが、アクセサリーショップで売っていたホイッスルストラップ・バッグインバッグ代わりのマルチケースに入れているのは、財布、ハンカチ、ポケットティッシュ、カードケース（元々名刺入れだが、中身は診察券や資格確認書、緊急連絡先のメモ、他）、櫛、チューブ入りハンドソープ（アレルギーなのでクレゾールが使えない）これらとペン付きの手帳はどこへ行くにも最低限どのカバンにいれていきます。なので、他に足りないもの（予備のマスク、最低限の衛生用品など）をかさばらない程度にポーチにまとめたらいい―のでしょうが、（ボトルは防水性があって丈夫というメリットがある一方、やはりカバンの中で一定程度スペースが必要というデメリットもある）最近見た「25種類・370グラムのアイテムをまとめた防災ポーチ」が2年以上、災害のたびに注目を集めているという記事が大いに参考になるとは私も思います。「"心の栄養"と称した、押しの写真」も…とは舌を巻きます。X（ツイッター）やSNSに手を出しておらず、「いいね」を差し上げられないので、これをもって「いいね」の代わりとさせてください。話はガラッと変わりまして…と、いうよりは、どさくさついでに、というか、備忘録代わりに。大阪維新の会が、住民投票による2度の否決にもめげず「大阪副首都化」に躍起になっている中、大阪も南海トラフ地震で危ないし、万一実際にそうなったらひとたまりもなく、バックアップどころではなくなるのでは…と、思ったのは私だけかもしれません。もちろん地震も怖いですが、それ以上に目先の問題があります。たとえば住之江の「なにわ大放水路」の雨水ポンプが先の6月26日の大雨で水没して運転不能となった結果、浸水想定地域が格段に広くなってしまったこと。カジノより防災、とは言い古された感はありつつも、カジノや万博レガシー記念館なんぞ作って自分の成果を自賛するより、その雨水ポンプ修繕その他の災害対策を主導した方が大阪以外の支持率があがるんちゃいます？（関西弁）…と維新の御仁共の自尊心をつっついてみる cf.https://www.sankei.com/article/20220526-LANDHCXRQBJVFHFSYZDRG6CZUM/https://www.city.osaka.lg.jp/sumiyoshi/page/0000682514.htmlさて86万アクセス目の読者様はどなた …だったでしょう！？
