1. I heard a program about disaster prevention on the radio.
Members from a building material manufacturer appeared on the program.
According to them, they develop emergency supplies which sounds unrelated with construction.
The explained the reason that under the limited public help, they are intended as a resource for self-help and mutual help in case of disasters.
There is no problem if general public side talk about the importance of self-reliance.
But if Panjandrums preach about self-help, it sounds like evading responsibility for public help.
In the first place , since they discard general public under normal situation, how can they protect nation under crises?

2. The reason why general public don't get vaccinated? Simply because it's a waste of time to come down with harmful side effects compared to effect, isn't it?

　　But at least, I was the one who waited the first vaccination until the end of summer 2021 for this reason because of my first attempt at a national examination.
if Authorities seriously plotted to accelerate vaccination to general public, in order to prevent misinformation, they needed to provide proper information from the beginning without benefitting themselves and their hangers-on.
Incidentally, an artless question:
From May 8th , the classification of Novel Coronavirus infection is changed to fifth category on Infectious disease law which is the same as conventional influenza and rubella from second category which is the same as tuberculosis and diphtheria.
What kind of disadvantages would be there if it was classified as fourth category like malaria and Lyme disease, or third category like cholera and typhus abdominals?

3. I made an application for Twelve-digit identification number card, and I got in my hand.
Once I went to the nearest city office to receive the Card, but I was told that the wait would be three hours and gave up and went home .
　Then I came back again? I did.
　　Fortunately, the library was near the city office, so I went on the due day of library books.
However, since then, I've put away this Card without using at all -is it fine?
So far, I make an excuse that it's because my pulmonologist clinic doesn't accept the Card as medical insurance ID.
Also, I don't need extra ID since I have driver's license. Just on paper, though.

But people around me who don't have the Card unanimously distrust the ID card system.
After any numbers of individual pension information leakage, Panjandrums must not assume imprudently that general public have faith in national surveillance and controlling system.
