やっぱり・・・・・ダメでした。

今日は１６のクイズまで終了するのがノルマだったのですが、まだ夕飯も作っていないし、１５だけで諦めます。

でも、明日必ず挽回します！（って、誰に向かって言っているのかな？）

例によって、赤字の部分15節が今日やったところです。

え、一つだけ？

そうなんです。（汗）

言い訳ではないんですが（と言いながら言い訳ですが）、どんどん前に出てきた単語がわからないケースが増え、読むスピードが落ち込んでいます。

同じ単語を３回も４回も調べる羽目になる体たらくです。

つまり、完全に頭が新単語に対してオーバーフローしてきました。

こんなんで、初めの（遅い）目論見どおりに終わるかもわからない状態です。

ちょっと何か考えなければ・・・（汗）

今日の内容は、

です。

昨日のLienが、実体のある財産権への制約になるのに対し、今回は、実体はないが使用上の制限あるいは制約や保持義務を伴う、財産権に対する制約事項です。

と、言いながら、ゴルフ後のビールと、夕食前のワインで幸せな気分になっている頭にはなかなか入ってきません。

明日が勝負！

この第２章を終わらせます！！
（と、こんな宣言をしていいのかな？　後で後悔しなけりゃ良いが・・・）
