However, instead of buying 217 square meters land, we've changed to buy a 336 square meters land with a two floors building on it (a bit old building that needs to be reformed).Last Friday, we paid 10% of the price and we had a preliminary contract.The total price after negotiations has come to 31 Million Japanese Yen.The best advantage of this option is that once we pay the price, we will be able to pray in a Masjid, and will not have to wait for several years till we build one.- The net area about 137 square meters in each floor (about 100 persons in each floor)-It is close to the university and the five daily prayers will be attended by students.-Its location is in a prominent and well-known area that can be reached very easily and can be seen and recognized as a Masjid.-Parking: at least 8 cars parking Dear all,We have two months period till April 20th, 2008 (decided by the owner) to pay the rest of the money (price) and get the house. We appreciate the efforts of all; and for sure Allaah will reward you Enshaa Allaah.Now, we have 21 Million Yen.
