■　この度の孫の「世界一周の旅」には、お金の餞別は程々に、圧倒的に多かったのは「言葉の餞別」でした(笑)。

　　２１才の青年に今一番必要求められるものは、肉体的平衡感覚、精神的平常心であること。

　　肉体の外観的なバランスと心の中に潜む平常心とは一対なるもの・・そしてそれらは、三食の食事が根源であること。

　　この事を、家族と共に実践しょうとしても成果なかなか上がらず、世の目線、世界の違い、善悪の価値観、自分と周りの違いから・・

　　健全で明るく、事に動じない平常心が養われること。

　　丸い地球には行き止まりがない、世界には休憩所はたくさんあるが、諦めと失望している場所はない！・・・・・(笑)。
