They tend to say “Ore Ore (It’s me!)” when they start talking on the phone. But after the great shock of “Ore Ore sagi (It’s me! con)”, they are not allowed call themselves “Ore Ore” on the phone. They are all Japanese men and they don’t like calling them their first name. It sounds like a fool calling himself, from their point of view. I agree with their sense.
One of them (suppose his name is Mr. Suzuki and he is a newly wed) said, he phoned his wife and said, “This is Suzuki calling”
“Yeah, this is Suzuki, too. So?” in a low tone...(^^;)
