先日のブログにてクリニックが混んでいるときは、医師への面会は避けた方が良いと述べました。
もちろんこれは緊急性や重要な用件のある場合、また先方より訪問の依頼を受けた場合は別です。受付の方にその旨をお伝えして面会のお願いをすると良いでしょう。
このような特別な用件の無い場合は、面会をお願いしても先生の診療等の邪魔になるだけなので、日を改めてうかがう事にした方が良いでしょう。
要は、「訪問」や「面会」そのものにこだわらず、顧客である医師はじめクリニックのスタッフの方々にお役に立てるか、の視点で行動すると言うことです。
On the last my blog, I said we should not meet medical doctors in case clinics are congested.
Indeed if we have urgent or important matter, we must meet them. You should tell front desk clerks why we would like to them.
On the other hand if we not, we should reschedule visiting date in order not to interfere them.
What I want to say is we should act in view of how we contribute to users such as medical doctors and stuff at clinics without sticking to visiting or meeting itself.
