March is the weeks for farewell events such as graduations and business translations. It might be missing time, however in April new welcomes are waiting for you as beginning events like entrances and new locations.
Needless to say, not only good time but also tough one you should take on.
However only by overcoming those hard matters, you can grow yourselves and become personalities enough to appreciate supports by friends, colleagues, parents and related persons.
Through those experiences you could learn social and technical abilities, establish good relationship within networks, and progress yourselves so much.
When you see again persons you said good-bye once in this March, it must be the best present that you demonstrate you had grown up than ever, in my opinion.
Today we can enjoy Facebook, so we are able to continue communications with alumni and friends.
I am sure you must enjoy business, private times by improve your networks and your personalities!
(Oh it might be shameful for me because of lack in my developments. (^-^;)）
3月は卒業や異動などで、「別れ」の季節です。とても寂しい季節でもありますが、4月になると、新入学や新社会人、そして新任地などで、また新しい「出会い」が待っています。
しかしそれを乗り切ることにより、自分自身が成長していき、またあらためてサポートい...ただいた方々への感謝の念もわきます。
それにより、自分自身の力量が向上し、交友関係が広がり、人間としての成長につながるのです。
そして、この3月に別れた方々に、いつか再会するときに、成長した自分であること、それがお世話になった方々への最大の恩返しだと思うのですがいかがでしょうか？
今はFACEBOOKもあります。いったん別れた方々ともコミュニケーションができます。
そうすることにより、ネットワークと自分自身の成長をより充実していく。それが人生や仕事、生活を面白くしていくのは間違いありません！！
（と、全然成長していない自分が言うのも恥ずかしいのですが・・・(^-^;)）
