テキサス出身という事でロック以外にはスパニッシュ音楽の影響がみられます。Lonelylandの曲はどれも大好きで最後の曲までスキップせずに聴けるアルバム。
彼はオフィサイトからも分かりますが、かなりコミカルな人。
ボブさんは今はもう４０歳くらいかな？若い頃はかなりワイルドだったよう。テキサスのオスチィンのバーに朝の３時くらいにふらっと入るといそうな人（笑）。
ボブさんは音楽以外にアートの才能もあり。
ワイルド、コミカルでありながら彼の歌詞からはボブさんは頭のなかは深く繊細なのが分かります。
