今日はコアリズム２日目でした。まだ上手に腹筋が使えていません。クワバタさんの本によると、姿見を見ながらやるのがいいとありましたが、うちには移動式の姿見がなくって・・・買うか？！うーーん。場所とるからちょっと及び腰。

キックスタートをやっています。その場でマーチにまだあたふた。とにかく毎日挑戦してみることが大事？まじめに記録をとってみようかな。

今日はスロトレの日だったので、夕食前にスロトレやって、夕食をとってしばらくしてからコアリズムをしました。
無謀にも、キックスタートが終わってから、基本編にも挑戦。あえなく最初の１０分で挫折（爆）。あはは。ヘロヘロでした。

毎朝、体重と体脂肪を測っていますが今のところ目に見えて変化はなし。ただ、増えてない ^^;
スロトレは最初の２週間は眠っていた筋肉を目覚めさす期間らしい。
来週の火曜日でちょうど２週間になるので、ここであきらめず、とにかく今月を乗り切ることを考えよう（笑）。
