これは、もうもろに『フュージョン』一色のアルバムです。
音としては嫌いとか、受け付けないタイプのものということではないのですが・・・
正直なところ「別にロリンズがやらなくてもいいのではないか？」と思います。
作品の出来不出来とかいう問題ではなく・・・
ロリンズにとってもこのあたりは「実験作」というような感じだったのでしょうか？
この頃のサウンドをどう思っているのか、興味深いところです。

ひとことでいうと、トロピカルなサウンドです。
海辺のお供に合いそうな感じの・・・夏に聴くといいかもしれません。^^
