新年の抱負 = Shinnen no houfu

明けましておめでとう！

= Akaemashite omedetou!

= Happy New Year!

今年もよく遊んで、よく笑います。

= Kotoshi mo yoku asonde yoku waraimasu.

= I resolve to play a lot and will laugh a lot again this year.

• 新年 = shinnen = new year

• の = no  = particle

· 抱負 = one's goal, ambition

it means, New Year's resolutions.

= Shinnnen no houfu wa nan desu ka?
