All of newspapers in Japan said the Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes agreed to merge with the Orix Blue Wave. If this merger was completed, the number of teams in the Pacific league would be reduced to five.
I don't like this idea.
Five teams can only make two games a day. One of the teams has no game in consecutive three days. It is a sad situation.
I suggest that each baseball club cut their players' annual salaries like "J-league".
Try to keep the number of the teams in Pacific league six.
