The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss. 2 When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like the smoke from a gigantic furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the smoke from the Abyss. 3 And out of the smoke locusts came down upon the earth and were given power like that of scorpions of the eareth. 4 They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only thosse people who did not have the seal of God on their forheads. 5 They were not given power to kill them, but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes a man. Revelation 　 9:1~5

The first woe is past; two other woes are yet to come. 13 The sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the horns of the golden altar that is before God.

14 It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, " Release the four angels who are bound at the grat river Euphrates." 15 And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of manknd.

16 The number of the mounted troops was two hundred million. I heard their number.

17 The horses and riders I saw in my vision looked like this: Their breastplates were fiery red, dark blue, and yellow as sulphur. The heads of the horses resembled the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire,smoke and sulphur. 18 A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke and sulpher that came out of their mouths. 　 Revelation 　 9:12~18
第五の御使いがラッパを吹き鳴らした。すると、私は一つの星が天から地上に落ちるのを見た。その星には底知れぬ穴を開くかぎが与えられた。その星が、底知れぬ穴を開くと、穴から大きな炉の煙のような煙が立ち上がり、太陽も空も、この穴の煙のように暗くなった。その煙の中から、いなご（アラビヤ、五ヶ月はいなごの活動期間、１５０年、マホメット教、６３０年－７８６年）が地上に出て来た。彼らには、地のさそりの持つような力が与えられた。そして彼らは、地の草やすべての青草や、すべての木には害を加えないで、ただ、額に神の封印を押されていない人間だけ害を加えるように言い渡された。しかし、人間を殺すことは許されず、ただ五ヶ月の間苦しめることだけが許された。その与えた苦痛は、さそりが人を刺したとこのような苦痛であった。　　黙示　９：１～５

１２第一のわざわいは過ぎ去った。見よ。この後なお二つのわざわいが来る。１３第六の御使いがラッパを吹き鳴らした。すると、私は神の御前にある金の祭壇の四隅から出る声を聞いた。(トルコ人のマホメット教)

１４その声がラッパを持っている第六の御使いに言った。「大川ユーフラテスのほとりにつながれている四人の御使いを解放せ。」１５すると、定められた時、日、月、年のために用意されていた四人の御使いが、人類の三分の一を殺すために解き放去れた。(１０５７年、トルコ軍がアラビヤ人を追撃)

それに乗る人たちの様子はこうであった。騎兵は、火のような赤、くすぶった青、燃える硫黄の色の胸当てを着けており、馬の頭は、ししの頭のようで、口からは火と煙と硫黄とが出ていた。１８これらの三つの災害、すなわち、彼らの口から出ている火と煙と硫黄とのために、人類の三分の一は殺された。(１４５３年ローマ帝国没落)
