I tried fishing the sea bream yesterday morning. After then we tried to fishing the horse mackerel. But no one couldn't get one. ・・・I wanted to try to eat it. 。。。Deep fried horse mackerel and Sashimi of them unfortunately.
But I got a sea bream. First I got it that was 49㎝. ・・・Big! It was really good. After then I kept getting a Gure-fish and sea bream. ・・It sounds good. The time is fly. As we started it early morning but the noon came soon in short time when our finishing time.
My results was like this. ・・・
I could get them much. ・・・This is the most biggest one, 49㎝. ・・・It was Big one! 。。
I cooked them as a Sashimi yesterday. The sea bream and Gure of fish. I tried to cook the Kasamatsu-dukuri.
The most important thing of ending of the fish is the way to kill. As I was learned this way time to time, but it needs training, I couldn't hardly to do this way to kill fish. The chewy texture is totally different from the way of the before. It has a great elasticity texture. I've been forgetting that chewy texture. It was elasticity texture that as if I couldn't cut them off. ・・Great. 。。
There are lots of fish in the fridge more. Tonight I'm going to eat Sashimi and sweet boiled fish . And I left them for the deep fry. It is too much to eat for two people. ・・・・
