2026 march 4 th に管理人は U-Next と契約しました。その後、 april 5th に U-Next との契約を解除しました。 31 日間無料 trial でした。

管理人の計算間違いで２日超過していました。僅か２日遅れだったにもかかわらず彼らは１月分の 2,189 円を請求してきました。

管理人はカスタマーセンターへ問い合わせたところ、１日でも超えると１月分を払わなくちゃいけないことになるそうです。つまり日割り計算ではないとの回答でした。

●〇の担当者から解約時の注意点（日割りがないこと）についての十分な説明がなかった。

また、無料期間が過ぎた後、解約する場合、月初めの１日でも、１５日でも月末でも１か月分の請求が来るという欺瞞的な商法についての説明もなかった。

つまり、管理人の場合、４月３０日に解約すればよかったってことです。ポイントは課金の必要なものに使えるが、月の支払いには使えない。

管理人は 5,000 ポイントはお金だと理解していました。だからトライアルの後２か月分の支払いに使えると思いました。でもそうではなかったと気づき落胆して解約に至ったのです。

The administrator signed a contract with U-Next on March 4th,2026.

Subsequently,the contract with U-Next was terminated on April 5th.It was a 31-day free trial.

The administrator made a calculation error, resulting in a two-day delay.

The administrator contacted customer service
and was told that if the payment exceeds

the limit by even one day, they would have to pay for the entire month.

In other words, they were told that it is not calculated on a daily basis. 

Even though it was only two-day delay, they still charged the administrator 2,189 yen for the entire month.

The person in charge at a certain company didn't adequately explain to the administrator the

points to be aware of when canceling the contract ( such as the fact that there is no prorated billing). 

Furthermore, there was no explanation about the deceptive business practice that if you cancel after the free trial period, you will be charged for a full month regardless of whether you cancel on the 1st,15th,or the last day of the month.

In other words, in the administrator's case, they should have canceled on April 30th.

Points can be used for things that require payments, but not for monthly payment.

The administrator understood that 5,000 points were equivalent to money.

Therefore, they thought they could use them to pay for two months after the trial.

However, they realized this wasn't the case, became disappointed, and ultimately canceled their subscription.
