ルンバの充電エラー３を自分で修理する。

自分のメモとして記します。

This is the result of our investigation and it is not recommended to others.

I write it as my memo.

# 充電エラー３とは何か？
充電エラー３はバッテリー側の温度検知用サーミスターと断線している状態で充電すると発生します。

# What is charge error 3?
This happens when the thermistor on the battery side cannot be detected.

# 充電エラー３の原因
1.バッテリー端子の小さい方との接点不良
2.バッテリー故障
3.バッテリーの液漏れ
4.ACアダプターの異常
5.基板の汚れ

1 - battery terminal poor contact with low battery
2 - failure battery
3 - Battery electrolyte leak
4 - AC Adapter Anomaly
5 - Dirt on board

<<バッテリー故障>>

# 確認ポイント

バッテリを取り外して充電します。
充電エラー3は起きず他の充電エラーが起きる

# 対処方法

新品のバッテリーに交換しリセットでなおる可能性大

Remove and charge the battery. Charging error 3 does not occur and other charging errors occur

# Action
Replace and reset the new battery
Reset Operations:DOCK+SPOT button long hold

<<ACアダプター異常の場合、比較的レアケース>>

確認ポイント

ACアダプターの無負荷時のDC出力は正常です。

リセットしても回復しない、基板に異常が見られない場合で

充電エラー３が出るまで数秒かかるならacアダプターを疑って下さい

対処方法

ACアダプターを交換。

DOCK＋SPOTボタン長押しでリセット

If you check the no-load AC adapter with a multimeter, you will not see any abnormalities.
Doubt the AC adapter if it takes a few seconds for the charge error 3 to come out if there is no abnormality on the board that is not recovered after resetting

# Action
Replace and reset the AC adapter.
Reset Operations:DOCK+SPOT button long hold.

<<基板の汚れの場合、ケース１>>

# 確認ポイント

コイルに毛などが接触。

# 対処方法

基板の付着物をすべて取り除く
本体内部を清掃する
前輪と前輪のセンサーを外して清掃する

# check point
The hair is tangled in the coil.

# Action
Removing Trash on the circuit board
Cleaning the inside of the roomba body
Remove and clean the front and front wheel sensors

<<基板の汚れの場合、ケース２>>

# 確認ポイント

基板に外観上の異常は見られない。

R252(12.4kOHM)の抵抗値をテスターで測る。
11kOHMくらいまで低下してないか抵抗値を確認する

#対処方法

基板のR252周りのチップの隙間や付近の汚れを無水エタノールで拭いたり洗浄してよく乾燥させる。

R252の抵抗値が12.4KOHMに近づくように努力します。

# check point
There is no abnormality on the circuit board visually.
Measure the Resistance value of r252 (12.4k OHM) with a multimeter. See if the resistance is down to 11k OHM

# Action
Dry well by wiping or cleaning the gap of the chips around the r252 of the substrate and the vicinity of the dirt with anhydrous ethanol. R252 's Resistance values will strive to get closer to 12.4 kohm.

<<バッテリー液漏れの場合、ケース１>>

・確認ポイント

充電開始と同時に充電エラー３になる。

本体の充電端子の根元に緑青（銅のサビ）がある。

・対処方法

<<基板の汚れの場合、ケース２>>と同じ

Charge error 3 at the same time as charging start. There is a patina (copper rust) at the base of the charging terminal of the main body.

#Action
Look the "<<Dirt on the board corrosion, case 1>>"

开始充电的那一刻、充电错误3
主机组充电端子部的铜锈蚀

清洗 c112 和 r252 阻力接近12k ohm

<<バッテリー液漏れの場合、ケース２>>

#確認ポイント

部品の変色を確認します。

C112やR252のハンダ部分が黒く変色している。

#対処方法

変色部品を交換

C112の場合は1.0uF 25v セラミックコンデンサに交換します。

R252の場合は12.4k OHMのチップを交換。
大きさは 1608

交換してもダメなら洗浄不足か諦めるしか無い。

R253,R254が0.9KOHMより低下していたり値がふらつく場合
基板洗浄
改善しないなら致命傷

Check the discoloration of the part.
The solder part of c112 and r252 is discolored black.

#Action
Replace discolored parts
For C112, replace the 1.0 UF 25v ceramic capacity
For R252, replace the 12.4k OHM
Lack of cleaning around the chip
size 1608

R253 or R254 resistance value is less than 0.9 OHM.
Circuit board cleaning.
If it doesn't improve, give it up

维修需要更换零件

バッテリー端子のほぼ真裏C112より前方

#説明
赤枠内の隠れたパターンが腐食により黒や緑色に着色している場合は部品交換や基板洗浄では修理不可です

Opposite side of battery terminal.
Near C112

#Description
If the hidden wiring of the red frame in the photo is colored, it cannot be repaired
