It has been little over 3month since this useless Lead started. She doesn't know anything to do this job. Registration, insurance, referrals, nor hospital charges. She can't even recognize the diferrence between Medicare and Medicaid. She comes to me if she has a question, so is other co-workers. We are supposed to go to her if we have a question and she is supposed to have an answer. If not, she needs to find out the answer for us. I do the work and she gets credit for it. If I were her, I would steped down loooong time ago. Look at her. She is still here pretending doing her work. She makes me through up. She is not sensitive at all.
I was never trained properly because I learned by watching someone doing it or helping them. That's why I need to attend those classes and meetings. I've been requesting since May. Magager said to send this useless one first. She gets to go to all the classes and meetings I've been wanted to go because she doesn't know anything. This word "Fair" doesn't exist in my department.
