### Okuno Seimeido Incense – A Bit of Disappointment, But Overall Reassuring

So today, I want to talk about “Okuno Seimeido Incense.” First off, I have to say that the shipping was super fast, which was really helpful. 

But, there were a few things that left me a little disappointed. 

The packaging was torn in a few spots, which was a bit of a letdown, especially since it was supposed to be a gift. 

It kind of took away from the overall impression, and that made me feel a bit bummed.

Also, since this incense is often used with condolence cards, I was worried that I couldn’t actually see or feel what it looked like before sending it. 

As the person sending the gift, not being able to check how it looks left me feeling a bit uneasy. 

It might reduce the satisfaction a little when giving it as a gift. 

Plus, there were some advertisements included inside, and the packaging felt a bit too much. 

If you’re sending it directly to someone, a simpler package might have been better. 

If they had considered the direct-to-recipient setting, it could have made a better impression.

I was also a bit worried because I couldn’t check the contents of the condolence card they made for free. 

But in the end, the person I sent it to was happy, so that was a relief. 

Still, not being able to confirm the contents is something to worry about when giving a gift. 

Lastly, the incense sample that came as a freebie with the review was all broken and crumbled, which made me a bit concerned. 

It made me nervous about what the actual product would look like until I opened it. 

While I’m happy with the product itself, the torn wrapping paper was a bit disappointing.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the product, and the scent of the incense is really nice, but there were just a few things that didn’t quite meet my expectations. 

I hope these small issues can be improved next time.
