In this spring, I worked an instructor at training seminars for new recruits from various companies. After the courses, they were given an assignment: Ask their bosses or managers about when they were newcomers
-why they choose their job and decided to work for the company, how they were feeling back then, what encouraged them in their hard times, and so on. For new workers, one of the purposes for this assignment is to report about the training session as review. For bosses, this assignment would make them remind their older days and understand that how their new staffs are anxious and excited. Now today's main story.
I'd like to ask all the politicians busier for political disputing than response to 3.11 Earthquake
: What was the motive you decided to go into politics in the first place?
No need to line up nice words.
For some of them, the answers could be money and clout.
And sometimes attitudes to work could change. Even so, they need to be reminded what their jobs mean to the world all the time. There must be some politicians who work hard for people and society. But so many politicians focusing only inside The Diet and their political parties are outstanding too much.
