I heard two people were talking in the office -both were working for the same company before.
Their ex-co-worker suddenly passed away due to cerebral stroke.
According to them, there seemed to be several risk factor, but the likeliest cause must be overworking and stress from transfer .
As I confessed , I got psychotic depression due to power harassment by senior co-worker and quit, and since then, I've read news of labor problems from the point of just one of the ex-victims,
But I realized that I took this incident as a problem of a company and society, as I overheard those two people were talking that how the members of this company were shocked, and whether this incident would develop into a compensation problem.

This incident was just after I was baffled by news that start of the business day earlier than 10 a.m. is bad for health .
early birds would be in conformity with nature .
Then,
-It would be too obvious to mention here, however...
Now there is already a growing recognition that such thing is foolish, but I still occasionally hear boasting of lack of sleep -especially among older generation.
If adults and parents don't sleep enough, children would also unable to sleep enough
-Although I don't oppose squarely against an idea of delaying the start of morning class at school.
There was a common myth that examinees who sleep less than four hours pass and who sleep more than five hours fail, which is obviously wrong from the point of neuroscience .
-I feel that whole country is stressed out and tired out.
Society must understand how they demand individuals too much until driving individuals exhaust into even death.
They must realize how it leads to loss from medical cost and lower productivity , before demanding people to make the most of morning time and evening time in addition to be drained from work.
Reportedly, older generation seems to be indignant that younger generation easily thinks of overtime work as vice
But has older generation -especially gentlemen, thought how their cult of overworking might have brought themselves and their family unhappiness?
Besides, if they end up in illness from cult of overworking and consume medical cost and nursing labor, younger generation would curse and ridicule older generation that they exploit younger generation.
What a shame that the word of our language that means death from overworking is international word.

Back to the beginning:
As a bystander, I think if this company cares about a compensation problem instead of employees' health, this company would have no right to talk back if this company is called as unscrupulous companies discarding people
Even if we expect nation to change system of society, it might be fruitless, unless we do something with the system of nation itself that treat and control people as component parts of a huge system called nation.
I use this expression because "slave" doesn't sound properly.
Then we should start from making small change around us? -Yes, this would be the most certain and practical way .

Last of all... in the meantime, may this worker mentioned at the beginning rest in peace, and let me place best wish for the health and happiness of the members in this company in question.
