I'm not mentioning about a song of a band of my favorite.

If there are such smoking spaces in busy open places, passersby suffer from secondhand smoking, don't they?
There is a research data that the smaller the income, the higher in smoking rate .
I read the related news about recent data from neighboring peninsular country, but maybe there is a similar tendency worldwide.
Don't they think how they could make better use of money?
Are they unable to make good use of money and settle for small income, or do they depend on tobacco to escape from agony of small income...?
