Profiteers who resell hygiene products and cause shortage panic , -what else?

While I cannot write foreign languages other than English -French and German and Chinese and so on for today,
Promptly speaking -a question to cast to European countries and America where people bully people from our and country and area:
If diseases caused by unknown kinds of infection break out and spread the world from your area and other area's people call you virus,
　Do you feel angry? Sad? Despise back? Question those people's sense of humanity? Stir yourself to develop cure and take responsibility? ...
　　-This question is irrelevant, though; you would never even imagine such situation because you are all the self-confidence that such unknown infections never break out under advanced medical system in your civilized countries.
