4. You might see bills on the train saying that train drivers and crew use institutional-use mobile phones in case of emergency .
This notification is partly to prevent White-hat wannabes.
At the same time, at least in this year, several incidents came up that train drivers use smartphone during running train, playing game or replying messages.
Then I wonder how about preparing communications equipment specified for public transportation crew .
At least, the outlook should be as if they are special devices for use of those crews

5. In the Western area where its latitude is higher than our country, it's becoming common that the temperature gets higher than body temperature in summer .
Under life-hazard situation, reportedly, in the City where is famous for fashion and fashion and art and historical TV Tower, air-conditioner is prohibited.
The reason is amazing; air-conditioner's outdoor units are eyesore .
Are they going to boil residents and visitors to death for such a reason?
-Well... I occasionally see newspaper advertisement about portable cooling devices.
I wonder if they work in rooms where its temperature is higher than body temperature.
Compared to conventional air-conditioners, maybe I don't see them at a mass home electronics retailer.
　But if they are effective, why don't they come and get ones?
　　Our nation should welcome well-mannered international visitors who never eat up and buy up commodities of local nation, make excessive merry, fly-tip in flocks.

6. In our state, there are two confusing diagnosis and treatment departments that mean orthopedic surgery and plastic surgery.
In our language, the two department names are similar.
Orthopedics , you visit in case of injury of bone, muscle and joint.
Plastic surgery department , you visit when you want to treat scars of burns and wound for the sake of adjustment to society life.
The problem is: The word that means surgery for esthetic purposes at plastic surgery uses the same letter of orthopedics.
I'm under treatment of orthopedics due to ancle injury .
