Fortunately, it's not extreme hot or cold season now, so we still have time left to rack brains to think how to save electricity in summer again.
On the other hand, dicker is still going on so that they can (I feel like suspecting and describing so) resume one of the nuclear power plants shut down for maintenance.
The electric power company explains that electricity shortage is expected due to hot summer in the jurisdiction.
And they declare that they don't hesitate to put planned blackouts into force in case of great electricity shortage.
-I feel like suspecting whether they bring up planned blackouts as a thread so that they can force to resume atomic power plants.

Things might have been different if our country was a continental country with stable bedrock, but even low-teen or younger children can doubt easily whether they should promote nuclear electric power generation in such a quake-prone country -like I did . (See Apr. 11, 2011)
There is a concern that this earthquake disaster is passing into silence.
So today, I'd like to ask you who read this English diary again to join the pressure to move our country trying hard to head straight toward resumption if you still care for stricken area and people struggling hard for reconstruction.
And let's see if we can get by this summer without atomic power plants so that it can be a strong force to drive atomic power plants into abolition.
In the first place- the electricity and energy problems revealed due to this earthquake disaster haven't been solved and they are not problems solved in one summer and winter -do we all understand that?
For example, I still wonder why there are amusement parlors and various shops keep on glittering illumination.
I hope that they won't resume too strong air-conditioning in offices and public facilities again as if they forgot lessons from last summer.

-I confess and have repentant that I'm putting emphasis more on learning from this earthquake disaster now, although there are still a lot to do to support people at the stricken area.
