豆腐と湯葉の懐石料理チェーンの梅の花が提供するバイキングレストラン「ほたる」。
佐賀県の神埼市にあり、クルマでないといけない場所です。
神埼駅からタクシーで10分くらいで行けます。
開店は10時30分で、閉店は16時ですので、ランチ向けということになります。
12時に行くとかなり長い時間待つことになります。
朝食を軽く済ませておいて、10時30分の開店に合わせて行くのがおすすめです。
写真にある通り、たくさんの種類の和食が食べられ、すべておいしいです。
特に、杏仁豆腐が一押しです。
