アウトリガー・パームス・アット・ワイレア に泊まりました。
大理石のカウンターにすべてがビルトインのシステムキッチン、
そのころは日本では珍しい全自動食洗機もついてました。
洗剤を入れる量がわからなくて、ぶくぶく泡が出てきてびっくり。
ドリンクバーにあるような砕いた氷も出てくる巨大冷蔵庫。
さすが、アメリカ！！と、感動しました～。

どうもリニューアルしたようですが、このイメージでした。

=used when you are very annoyed or disappointed

＊damnはとても強い。damnよりもconfoundedは少しマイルドな表現 old-fashioned
adjacent
=a room, building, piece of land etc that is adjacent to something is next to it
＊発音を間違えて覚えていました。アジェイ。。。でした。
liquor
=especially American English a strong alcoholic drink such as whisky
=drinks such as beer or wine that contain a substance which can make you drunk
＊liquorとalchololの違い
Actually there's a liquor store. They sell any kind of alcohol.
日本人はnativeよりalchololの方がliquorよりも多く使う。
Let's go have some liquor or let's have some booze
Americans like to keep their beloingings concealed.

In Japan the things we use most are all out and visible, and within easy reach.
