１）１２月３日は時間を４時～６時としたためか今回の出席者はオスカーさん、キラクさん、ノムさん、ケン４名。
で、結局この4人でYear End Partyをやっちゃいました。
２）話題としていた「What do you describe this year in one word?」については、
出席できなかった方からも事前にメールで応募がありましたので下記に紹介します。

２－１）E7 Manager：
「絆、がネットの口コミで人気のようです。
英語では to help each other, bond, family tie, friendship
トモダチ作戦もありました。
個人的にも結婚式がありましたから絆が相応しいかと思います。
祈、もいいですね。
大地震、大阪、die(多くの人が亡くなったから), で 大。これもいいかな。」
２－２）Pさん：
Hi Ken, below is my word for the year with a brief write-up 混乱 konran ("confusion")
(please feel free to correct the word if I have chosen the wrong Japanese)
In the days following the Tohoku Earthquake, Japan was thrown into a state of confusion - what had happened?
What's happening at the Fukushima nuclear power plant? What's TEPCO and the government not telling us?
In the months that followed, the Japanese people united and selflessly worked together - yet many questions remained,
and STILL remain as the country moves into 2012.
before the disasters (economic standing, birth rate, so on and so forth).
To me, Japan in 2011 was a very confusing place to live, the present often covered in fog and the future just as unclear.
Hope that's OK!

My one word for the year would be: evanescent. It is a word that basically means "vanishing quickly," as in a morning fog.
So much in my life has disappeared this past year; sometimes good, sometimes bad.

３）というわけで、絆、Confusion, Evanescentが３人の案でした。
ところで、出席者の方は、上記の３人の案を読み合わせしながら、それぞれの案を提出。
オスカーさん「和」（Peace,Harmony）、キラクさん「Chaos」、ノムさん「揺」（Shake,）、ケン 「篤」（Voluntary）。
それぞれにこの一年を振り返っての感慨を込めた説明がありました。
そして議論は、Pさんの３月１１日以後の日本の状況についてのジャーナリストらしい指摘をめ ぐって始まり、
やがて地震とフクシマ原発の検証問題へと発展していったのでした。
今回出席できなかった皆さんも、どうです、今年一年を英語の「One Word」で決めてみませんか。
４）来年のE7予定は：
２０１２年１月７日2時～４時、場所はNavarieにて。

これほどのクラッシュにもかかわらず、軽傷で済んだのが幸い。
後輪駆動の車がスリップしやすい事は有名だが、
高級車も実にあっけない。高性能の車はよく「高速安定性」を謳うが
結局、低速に比べれば不安定に違いない。
この事故は時速150km/hで走行中に起きたらしい。
日本の市販車に付けられているリミッター180km/hはもっと低い設定でいいだろう。
下の写真は東京モーターショー2011(現在開催中)のポルシェブースでとったもの。
高級スポーツカーメーカーはいつもコンパニオンさんが お水系 だ。
