Today is the 30th anniversary of Renaissance Ryogoku opening.
I've been going there for 30 years and stayed fit!
I wouldn't have even attempted a full marathon!
I met good friends and have many wonderful memories.
I applaud Yoshie Fujii, who has been an intra-practitioner for 30 years without taking a break and hardly ever standing in for me!
