I made home made meatloaf made of beef and pork combo and it is healthy as it belongs to Atkins diet
so I can have it too. I just added salt, ground pepper, spanish paprika, parsley, onion and garlic. I cooked it via oven over my loaf pan. My first time to try and my kids and husband were so delighted. I will bring some in the office too to share.
