本日ロドール社より、
「Kami構造の掘削を再開した」との連絡がありましたので
お知らせいたします。

ロドール社より連絡あった内容は次の通りです。

2005年10月31日

ロドール･リソース社は本日、
ルイジアナ南部を通過したハリケーン･リタの影響で作業が中断していた

再開しましたのでお知らせいたします。

9月29日付けリリースでもご案内の通り、
ハリケーン通過の前に掘削設備を撤収しており、
また作業員に負傷者は出ませんでしたが、
掘削地点とその周辺地域は冠水していました。
2度におよぶハリケーン通過によって地域のインフラが大幅な打撃を被り、
掘削業者および地域のサービス産業全体がほぼ麻痺状態にあったため、
掘削地点に戻りカミ構造に再度入るまでに数週間を要しました。
当然のことながら、リグから退避する前は
カミ構造の安全には万全を期しており、また、
このたびハリケーンによる影響は、

付属設備の一部にとどまっていたことが判明しました。

10月30日(日)午前6時(米国中部時間)現在、
カミ構造に再度入り、
掘削ドリルは一度掘削井の、
深度10,474フィート地点に到達しています。

その先12,600フィートから最終採掘予定深度の
14,000フィートの間に存在すると推定される埋蔵地点に向けて、
深度11,104フィートの地点を掘り進んでいました。
中間の油井管は、
最終採掘予定地点より上の、
深度約13,300フィート地点に設置される予定です。
一度掘削した井戸の底まで問題なく到達し、また、
ハリケーン前の掘削率が維持できたと仮定した場合、
カミ構造の掘削が終了し、
評価を下せるようになるまで、
あと3週間余りであると予想されています。

Lodore Resources Inc. ("Lodore Resources")

Lodore Resources announces that drilling has resumed at the Pel-Tex Miami #E-1
well (the Kami prospect) following operations being suspended due to the passage
of Hurricane Rita over the rigsite, onshore Southern Louisiana.

As reported in our release dated 29th September, the rig was evacuated prior to
the storm's arrival and there were no injuries to personnel, but the rigsite and
the immediate environment were subsequently severely flooded. The drilling
contractor and indeed the entire service industry in the area has been greatly
stretched by the damage to the infrastructure in the region by the passage of
the two recent hurricanes and it has therefore taken several weeks to get back
onto the location and re-enter the Kami well. Prior to evacuating the rigsite,
the well had of course been made safe, and we now know that damage was
restricted to parts of the rig and ancilliary equipment belonging to the
drilling contractor and other service providers.

As of 06:00 Sunday 30th October 2005 (US Central time), the well had been
re-entered and the drilling bit was cleaning out the previously-drilled open
hole at a depth of 10,474 feet. When the well was shut in, it was then at a
depth of 11,104 feet drilling ahead towards its reservoir targets expected to be
between 12,600 ft and planned total depth of about 14,000 ft. An intermediate
string of casing is planned to be set at approximately 13,300 ft which is above
the deeper targets. Subject to getting back to the bottom of the existing hole
without difficulties and assuming that the drilling rate that was being achieved
prior to the hurricane is maintained, it is expected that the well will now take
approximately three more weeks to be drilled and evaluated.
