太陽

友達が申し込んでくれて、
毎月送られてくる助安由吉さんの冊子に
書かれてあった言葉。

「あなたの心の中には、いつも輝いている太陽がある。
この太陽は、あなたの悩みや苦しみを癒し、勇気を与え、智慧を与えてくれる。
そんな素晴らしい太陽と、あなたは同居しているのである。
それは、あなたが道を求めようとして一生懸命に努力している時にあらわれる。
その太陽は神様と同居しているあなたの良心である。
良心こそあなたの太陽であり、あなたを救ってくれる存在なのだ。

このことを知った生活をしなくてはならない。」

私の中では、その太陽とは内、内側と
認識しています。

「Inside yourself, your heart,
there is sun which is always shining.
This sun heals your trouble and pain,
gives you courage and wisdom.
You are living with such a wonderful sun.
It appears when you seek after truth
with effort as hard as you can.
That sun is your conscience

For sure conscience is your sun
and the existence which saves you.
The sun of conscience will never go out,
and is always shining on you.
You should live knowing this.」
