今日は雲
It was cloudy and 19 degrees, getting warm.
８月は寒かったせいもあってうちにもブログも引きこもってました。
でも気がついたら今日から９月。この国では今日から春だそうです。だいぶ昼間も暖かくなってきたので、またブログの更新もがんばっていこうと思ってます。まずは、８月の出来事から報告です。
It was very cold in Winter especially in August. That's why I stayed at home mostly and didn't write blog,hahaha.Anyway today is already September and Spring started, so I restart. Let me tell you what happend in August first.
ジュリアは２歳９ヶ月でしたが、８月２日に初めて”ジュリア”って自分の名前が言えました。これはやっとのやっとだったので、すごく驚いたのと嬉しかったのと、両方でした。急に言い始めたので、それをきっかけに、いろんな単語を言えるようになるように練習しています。一方、エミちゃんは１歳５ヶ月でしたが、ジュちゃんが話すのを中心に真似して今では日本語英語の両方を、よく使い分けながら２語を連ねて話してます。カー君の日本語もだいぶ上達して、家ではなるべく私に日本語で話しかけるように心がけているようです。
Julia was 2 years and 9 months old and she said her name. It was first time for her. I was surprised and happy. So I want her to say many words so have been teaching since then. On the Emily side, she has been developing very well. She copy from Julia and Curtis what they do. Also Curtis speaks in Lapanese as much as he can at home when he talk to me. It is getting better and improving.
そしてジュリちゃんはなんと生まれて初めてのヘアカット。散髪中はおとなしくいすにちょこんと座ってかわいかったです。カー君が初めて髪を切ったときのことを思い出しました。
Julia had a hair cut. She never had before since she was born. When she was having, she sat on the chair and quiet. I was watching her and reminded me when Curtis first one.

でも、行事がいろいろ。まず、文化祭がありました。いろんな国籍の子がいるので、民族衣装もいろいろ。カー君のクラスで授業参観もありました。歌を歌ってくれたり、先生の質問に挙手して答えたり、子供のいろんな面の成長が伺えました。
School had many events in this month. Firstly they had multiculture day.They have a lot of nationalities sutudents, so there were many traditional clothes,food and music. Also we joined his class and watched them. They showed us singing ,answered the teacher's questions and read a book. I could see how much Curtis grew up.

そして初めての遠足にも行って来ました。少し朝早く登校して、バスに乗ってシティーの博物館へ。帰ってきたときはものすごく満足そうで、楽しかったようです。でも日本みたいなお弁当を持って行くわけでもないので、その辺は私はなんか物足りないかなってちょっと思ったけど、子供が楽しむのが第一です。
Secondly they went to excursion to the museum in the city by bus. He enjoyed and had a great time with friends.

そして２回目の３者面談。基本的には問題無しで、いつもおりこうにしているようです。だけど、ひとつだけ注意されたのが、カー君の字を書くときの筆圧が弱いことです。これはいろいろ振り返ってみたのですが、やっぱり小さいころのいろんな遊びの中で、粘土や砂遊び、鉄棒なんかをしっかりやらせなかった付けが回ってきたようです。今回はこのくらいの付けで済みましたが、子育てに手抜きをしたら、やっぱりいつかその付けが回って来るんだと思い、いろいろ反省させられた部分もあったのと同時に、周りに相談したら、たくさんの人がアドバイスや、アイデアをくれて、すごく助かりました。本当に感謝ですね。
And then, we had a meeting with his class teacher. He didn't have any problem and he had been doing well, but one problem was his writting. When he write, he can't hold pencil strongly so his writting is very pale. This is my falt because when he was young I didn't let him play with playdo or sand. If I avoid their playing, we will have problem later so I had to think many things by his problem, but many people gave a lots of advice and idea so I appreciate them.
そして月末には学芸会のような発表会があって、２夜連続のうち、１夜見に行ってきました。振り付けつきの歌を歌ってる姿にまた感動でした。学校での様子はあんまりわからないけれど、今月は行事がたくさんあったり、賞をもらってきたりして、いろんなことが少しずつ見えてきましたけれども、これからも目を光らせていろんな姿を見落とさず、じっくり見守って行きたいなと思いました。
と、学校行事が多かった８月で、寒かったけど、たまには公園へ行ったりしました。
