突然ですみません。体調面で悩んでいます。
30代男性です。
左の腸腰筋付近から左の臀部付近まで、打撲したような疼痛が3日前からあります。CTやレントゲンを撮ってもらい、内科や整形外科の先生に診てもらって異常なく、様子観察指示をもらいました。ですが、痛み止めが効いておらず、全く改善する様子がありません。じっとしていたり、横になっていても痛いです。

For the past three days, I've had a bruised-like pain from around my left iliopsoas muscle to around my left buttocks. I've had a CT scan and X-rays, and have been examined by internal medicine and orthopedic doctors, who found nothing abnormal and instructed me to just observe the condition. However, the painkillers aren't working, and there's no sign of improvement at all. It hurts even when I'm sitting still or lying down.

泌尿器科：腎結石や尿路結石は腰背部や臀部に強い痛みを放散させることがあります。ただし通常は「動けないほどの疝痛発作」が特徴で、CTで見逃されることは少ないです。
消化器内科（胃腸科）：大腸や腸間膜の異常でも腹部～腰背部に痛みを出すことがありますが、典型的には腹痛や便通異常がセットになることが多いです。

ペインクリニック（麻酔科）
→ 神経ブロックや痛みの原因を精査してくれます。鎮痛薬が効かない痛みには有効なことがあります。
神経内科
→ 末梢神経や脊髄由来の痛みの評価。しびれ・筋力低下が出ていないかも確認。
泌尿器科
→ CTで腎結石が否定できていない、血尿がある、尿の違和感がある場合は検討。
