今朝舌磨きをした際におえってなったのですが、その時に出た痰にうっすら血が混ざっていました。これが初めてでは無くて1ヶ月前ほどにも同じタイミングで血が混じった痰がでました。

考えられる原因（一般的なもの）
舌磨きや咳き込みによる粘膜の刺激・傷
　舌の奥や喉の粘膜はデリケートで、強く当たると出血することがあります。
鼻や喉の炎症（副鼻腔炎・咽頭炎など）
　痰に血が混じる原因としてよくあります。
歯ぐきからの出血
　歯磨きや舌磨きのときに気づかず血が混じることもあります。
ただし注意したいケース
繰り返し出る（今回で2回目とのこと）
痰に血が混じるのが習慣的になってきた
咳や痰が続く、声のかすれ、喉の違和感、体重減少、発熱、夜間の寝汗 などがある
→ これらがあるときは、喉・肺・血液の病気が隠れている可能性も否定できないので、必ず医師の診察を受けてください。
