    I cannot wait to test drive the 2013 Encore. I have always driven Buick vehicles; even when they were not so modern, simply because they are reliable.     I really wanted to love the Encore, because I find the exterior styling exceptional, but performance is just not up to Buick standards. While I appreciate that they tried to keep the vehicle fuel-efficient, the four-cylinder engine is far too outmatched by the weight of the vehicle.
